Use the ratings API¶

Not yet documented in full. The ratings client, endpoints, metadata, and API models live under horde_sdk.ratings_api. Its base URL and response contracts are separate from the AI Horde generation API, so do not reuse AI Horde endpoint assumptions when integrating it.
